Protein Packed Desserts: Ice Cream

Ever have a craving and it just won’t relent?? I promise this’ll hit the SPOT!! It is every bit as delicious as it looks!

Without further ado here is the list of ingredients you will need to gather to make this yummy Chocolate Peanutbutter yumminess:

3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk

1/2 cup crushed ice

1/4 tsp xantham gum

1/4 tsp guar gum

1 TBSP natural peanutbutter

I scoop Chocolate Ironmade Nutrition pure isolate whey

Directions For How to Make This Delicious Protein Packed Dessert:

Add your milk ice and your Ironmade Nutrition Protein powder together and blend with a food processor or immersion blender until smooth. Next, add peanut butter, xantham gum and guar gum and blend until all ingredients are nicely mixed. I could add a lot more text here to make this recipe look super sophisticated but y’all, it really is THAT SIMPLE. Takes about 5 minutes to prepare and can save you a lifetime of regret- hahahah! The only sugar it contains 3 grams of carbs and 24 grams of protein. Doesn’t get much less sinful than that-and the kicker is IT TASTES DELICIOUS!!

Shoot- GO CRAZY!! Add you some sprinkles and Walden farms Chocolate and Caramel syrup and you are still eating a healthy snack!!
