Diet Hacks: Protein Packed Peanut Butter Cookies

I’m just going to say “YUMMMMM”!! When my first guinea pigs tried them they said they not only needed the recipe but that they were making them as soon as they could so they could have healthy snacks around for their kids! My client later on said forget “bam nutrition” you need to sell these cookies and call then “Pam Nutrition” hahahaha! Any hoo- thankfully they were well received!

Who doesn’t like peanut butter? This is such a simple healthy recipe…it literally has 6 ingredients. Speaking of, here they are:

-1/4 tsp vanilla

-1/2 cup natural Peanut Butter (drippy)

-1/2 cup cashew milk ( or almond milk or applesauce or mashed banana)

-2 heaping Tablespoons swerve granulated sweetener

-2/3 cup Ironmade Nutrition vanilla Pure Isolate Protein Powder

-1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and mix all of your wet ingredients together in a small bowl- I used a whisk. Next mix all other ingredients together in a larger mixing bowl and then add wet ingredients and mix by hand thoroughly. Drop by the tablespoon onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet then cook in the oven for 9-12 minutes and cool on a rack.

These took me less than 20 minutes to make from start to finish! I hope you enjoy this quick, super yummy, HEALTHY snack!! To order Ironmade Nutrition Protein Powder go to www.ironmadenutrition.com and use my code: “PamelaJ” for a discount!
