Diet Hacks: Protein Packed Chocolate Mug Cake

Hahahaha! So the cat’s out of the bag! I am a super savvy businesswoman, an Uber buff fit chick, I am the at kitchen witchery ANNNDDD I have MAD Graphic Skills!!! Yes or yes? (lol!)

I just want ya to know child, this Protein mug cake recipe is AHHHHMAZING! I know you will enjoy it as much as I did! Here are the deets. You will need:

-1 scoop of Ironmade Nutrition Pure Isolate Whey in your favorite flavor I used chocolate

-1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

-1/4 tsp baking soda

-4-6 drops of stevia (optional)

-1/4 cup cashew milk

Spray a small mug with Pam then add all ingredients and mix well. Microwave for 1:00 and if you like, top it with a tsp of natural peanut butter, some walden farms chocolate or caramel syrup, some fresh berries… your imagination is our only limit! This decadent treat is under 150 calories without the peanut butter… not too shabby! And if you are watching calories but love peanut butter like I do, try taking a little PB2 and mixing it with a little water then add that on top for the perfect flavor combination minus all of the added calories from fat!
