Next, add peanut butter, xantham gum and guar gum and blend until all ingredients are nicely mixed. I could add a lot more text here to make this recipe look super sophisticated but y&#8217;all, it really is THAT SIMPLE. Takes about 5 minutes to prepare and can save you a lifetime of regret- hahahah! The only sugar it contains 3 grams of carbs and 24 grams of protein. Doesn&#8217;t get much less sinful than that-and the kicker is IT TASTES DELICIOUS!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-46a5j\">Shoot- GO CRAZY!!
